Huffines Enterprises has officially broken ground on Serenade, a new master-planned community in Celina that will bring hundreds of homes to one of North Texas’ fastest-growing areas. The development is designed to deliver a fully built-out neighborhood on an accelerated timeline, giving residents access to homes, amenities, and community features from day one rather than in phases.
Planned for roughly 1,000 homes across 468 acres, Serenade will include a wide range of amenities such as parks, trails, open green space, and a central community hub. The project reflects strong demand for housing in Celina, driven by regional population growth and nearby job expansion, and aims to offer a lifestyle centered on connection, nature, and convenience.
The groundbreaking marks a major milestone as construction begins on a community positioned to help meet North Texas’ growing housing needs while introducing a new approach to master-planned development.
