Huffines Selects Homebuilders for New Celina Neighborhood

Huffines Enterprises has selected the five builders for its new 875-homes Serenade community in Celina. Planned amenities include a poolside pavilion, playgrounds, neighborhood parks, a hummingbird garden, 150 acres of open space, more than 2 miles of trails and a $6 million community center featuring a ballroom. Another 62 acres are reserved for future mixed-use development.
